My name is Anne Marie and I joined the Sea Cloud somewhere in 1993′s.
On board I started as a deckhand, bombarded into Ordinary Sailor (OS) shortly after, also known as Lido Bimbo, Fore Mast Bimbo and Bow Sprit Queen.
My tasks on board: polish polish polish the brass, hoist the fore-mast sails and jib sails, cleaning duties, singing duties, painting and “de-rusting” duties (which were fun) tender duties, watch duties during evenings and nights (good conversations here).
Due to some experience I build up during my sailing career as deckhand (scheeps-maatje) on board dutch sailing ships, I developed a keen eye when it came to maintenance 
and I had the luck that boats man Yo-Ho-Let’s-Go-Kim always listened to me which resulted in me having the time of my life on board, cause I could do almost anything I wanted to do….or did it just have to do with my charmes?
